Terms and Conditions of Flat usage 

  1. Bookings are only taken from KPA members
  2. A member must be in residence throughout the entire stay
  3. A non-refundable deposit must be paid on receipt of booking confirmation and balance paid no less than four weeks before stay
  4. In the event of a cancellation please inform the RLHKPA immediately so the flat can be offered to other members
  5. Guests must adhere to the stated times of arrival and departure
  6.
